Building a product on top of Smartware? We support two OEM models:
Model A — Revenue Share
Pay a percentage of end-customer ARR generated by embedded Smartware components. 8–18% tiered by volume. Annual true-up. Best for software products with recurring revenue.
Model B — Per-Unit Fee
Fixed fee per device or appliance shipped with embedded Smartware. From $55/device at scale. Best for hardware products and one-time deployments.
